Tron at Duelbits: TRX is confirmed, USDT on Tron is an open question

Duelbits’ help centre names TRON on a closed list of coins and then says: “Only the coins listed above are accepted.” A second article sets the networks out in a table where the TRX row reads Tron, with the Tronscan explorer beside it. Coin and network are both on the record. The articles are dated January 2026.

USDT is less tidy. The same table shows Tether on Ethereum [ERC-20] and a separate BUSDT line on Binance Smart Chain, and no Tron line for USDT. Yet a sentence on the page uses “Tron (TRC-20)” as an example of a network that USDT can travel on. We read that sentence as general advice and the table as the operator’s list, which leaves USDT on Tron unconfirmed.

How the help centre names TRON

The deposit article lists the accepted coins as BTC, BNB, ETH, LTC, DOGE, BCH, SOL, XRP, USDT, TRON, USDC, TRUMP, DAI and SHIB, and warns that sending other tokens may result in permanent loss. Because the list is declared complete, this is a rarer thing than a mention: it is a statement of what is accepted and, by the same words, of what is not. The network table was published as a picture, and we read it by eye.

Why a coin list does not settle a token route

“TRON” on a coin list is the native coin. USDT on Tron is a different asset that happens to live on the same network, and a cashier can accept the one without the other. The Duelbits table is the place that would show it, and for Tether it shows two lines only. We are not saying Duelbits refuses TRC-20 USDT; we are saying the operator’s own list does not show it, and that a player who wants that route should find it on the cashier screen before sending anything.

What Duelbits says about timing

The deposit article says deposits “usually arrive within 5 minutes, but it may take longer during network congestion”, and adds that Duelbits “cannot speed up blockchain confirmations. If fees are set too low, the transaction may take longer.” Both sentences are about the deposit stage and do not describe withdrawals. On Tron the second one has a concrete form: a wallet that offers too small a fee limit for a contract call can see it fail for lack of energy, a point we explain on the energy page.

Where this was read: help.duelbits.com, the article on depositing using cryptocurrency (6515143) and the article on supported networks (13386226), dated January 2026. The network table in the second is an image.

Two short answers

Is TRX on the Duelbits list?
Yes, as “TRON”, and the network table gives Tron for it. The list is declared complete.
Does Duelbits take USDT on Tron?
Its table shows USDT on Ethereum only, so it is not confirmed.
