Operator read

Tron at Rollbit: ten TRX in, ten TRX out, and no network named

Rollbit’s help centre mentions TRX in one place only: the article on deposit and withdrawal minimums, written August 2026. There the coin appears as “10 TRX” among deposit minimums and again as “10 TRX” among withdrawal minimums. The article tells you to verify each figure in the cashier.

What it does not do is name a network. The coin is on the page; the route it travels is not. That is a smaller claim than the one on several other operator pages, and we keep it small.

Where the ten TRX comes from

The minimums article begins with the warning in capitals that there are minimum deposit amounts, that deposits below them will not credit and that support cannot recover them. It then gives a flat five dollars for stablecoins and a coin-by-coin list for the rest, which includes TRX at 10. The withdrawal list repeats TRX at 10. Both lists end with an invitation to confirm in the cashier, and we repeat it: the operator changes these numbers, and the page you are reading is not the last word.

A coin the deposit guide never mentions

The separate “How do I deposit?” guide, dated December 2023, introduces its list with “These include” and names Bitcoin, Ethereum (“ERC-20 network only”), Litecoin, Solana, Rollbit Coin and “an array of ERC-20 tokens including USDT + USDC”. TRX is not in it. That list is open, so the absence is not a refusal, and the minimums article from this year shows the coin exists at the cashier.

The same guide ties USDT to the ERC-20 family. For that reason we do not assume a TRC-20 route for USDT at Rollbit, and we say nothing about it beyond this.

Fees: “gas”, and a preview

Deposits: “We charge no fees on deposits”, with the note that you pay on-chain gas when sending from your own wallet. Withdrawals: no fees other than standard on-chain gas, previewed before you send and varying with the network used. On Tron the thing called gas elsewhere is bandwidth and energy, burned from TRX when the address has none. The article does not go into that, so a withdrawal preview is the only reliable guide to what a given day costs.

Where this was read: help.rollbit.com, “Deposit & Withdrawal minimums amounts & fees” (6181426, August 2026) and “How do I deposit?” (6179447, December 2023), read from the page source.

Two short answers

What happens to a deposit below the minimum?
The article says it will not credit and support cannot recover it.
Does Rollbit name the network for TRX?
No. The coin appears in the minimums list and the network is not stated.

Leaving for the operator

That site takes real money and is not ours. Before you go: are you 18 or older?

Answering no closes this box and takes you to the support contacts at the foot of the page.
